Sales Development Representative
SyncHR is a rapidly growing technology company in the HCM space. We have innovative SaaS solutions that cover Recruiting, Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Talent Management. We are located in downtown Denver and are looking for Sales Development Rep to help build out our SDR team. We have technology solutions in place that will allow you to see which companies are searching for HCM solutions across the internet, so your day will be spent leveraging tools such as Drift, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hubspot and Salesforce to orchestrate your plan of attack to get engagement. Mastering these sales tools will provide a great base for a career in selling technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of outbound calls daily to cold & warm prospects
Manage Drift, a conversational chat marketing tool
Send outbound emails to target verticals and personas
Employ our highly consultative, non-pushy sales methodology
Resilience. You will face rejection often. You must be resilient and know that each rejection brings you closer to your next success
Quickly assess the quality of a prospect to determine the viability of sales opportunities
Become an expert on our technology and our target markets
Set up product demonstration appointments for our sales team
Achieve monthly metrics, and weekly and daily targets
Collaborate with the team to improve our processes and add efficiencies for the team
Adapt to changes in your process - we are always testing new ideas
Preferred Skill Set
2 - 5 Years experience in similar sales or development role required
Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS Environment
Ability to quickly develop relationships and establish credibility through consultative needs-based conversation
Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our prospects’ business needs
Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable meeting and exceeding monthly quotas and handling rejections
Must have a positive attitude, be confident, and desire to be the best
Experience with Salesforce.com and other cloud sales tools
Reliable, strong and positive work ethic
Strong organization and time management skills and ability to work independently
Understanding of the Human Resource Technology and Payroll industries (a plus)
